please be careful of my heart (halu-halo)

dahil medyo bad trip ako kanina, dinaan ko na lang sa chibog ang init ng ulo ko. at dahil 'di ako pwedeng kumain ng masasarap na pagkain, healthy pa rin pero nag pig-out ako. oink oink. bwahaha! no pictures... bad trip ako e.

what's for dinner?

1/2 cup of oatmeal in milk, milo, and honey
1/2 cup lang dahil parang nauumay ako sa 1 cup

1 slice of bread
i realized sa isang buong araw, i consume 4++ slices: 2 for breakfast, 2 for merienda, 1++ for dinner

1/2 can of ayam salmon with mayo
hmm, nung nakita ko sya sa grocery, attractive sya. it's a different story when i tasted it. lasa syang tinapa. ewan, di ko type.

yep, leftover from last week's kilo pa ito. don't worry, firm pa sila, masarap pa rin. maganda ang grapes na ito. and umm, this is the last batch yay! i'll miss ya grapey!

eeew ba? masarap sya promise :) 50% orange juice, 50% milk. try mo. hehe!
