fish soup on aliwal street

there's a fish soup hawker that kuya has been raving about for some time now. he says it's the best.

we finally tried it today after office. it's at beach road corner aliwal street. it's a hawker indeed! complete with estero, squat toilet experience. hehehe!

here's the fish soup. there are lots of goodies in this soup: fried battered fish fillet, spinach, fried egg, milk, dilis, browned garlic. soup + rice combo sells at $5.50. 

was it good? very good. just don't use the toilet :)
