- broccoli
- french beans
- carrots
- 4 cloves garlic
- some soy sauce
- olive oil
- salt, pepper
- dried herbs and spices
procedure:
1. cut the vegetables into bite size pieces.
2. put in a baking dish. drizzle with oil and soy sauce.
3. season with salt, pepper, herbs, spices.
4. bake in 180C for around 20 mins.
