hay... it's been quite some time since manang II left... or was "asked" to leave.
kay hirap talga nang walang kasama sa bahay... di naman medyo laging disaster yung bahay namin no?!? at nalilinis lang sya pag may darating na bisita - hehe kung may time. minsan nakakainis kasi ang dumi-dumi nya tapos 'di mo naman malinis kasi bagsak ka na pag-uwi mo... pag weekends, may lakad ka pa. sus!
oh well. our neighbor, lola mary, asked us if we want to have a kasama sa bahay. though my mom swore we'll never have another maid again, she gave in to the offer and accepted the gift that was cecille.
cecille is 16 years old, a highschool graduate. she has dreams of going to college but she just can't... the usual "wala-kasi-kaming-pambayad-ng-pang-aral-eh" story. she expresses her desire to finish her studies so mom and i are thinking of helping her out... in some ways. her sister is lola mary's maid, which is a good thing - they get to be close though they're far from their home. i could tell they're both good persons.
cecille is kind, soft-spoken, always smiling, sensitive to our needs, and she does keep the house clean. =) would you believe, she doesn't like to watch tv? mega turo ako pano pag-on ng tv. ok may-i-no-attention sya... hehe she just said she's not interested in watching tv. i asked her what she does during her free time... "nagbabasa" aba sosyal! intelehenteng hobby hehe.
oh, and i like her. =) hope she lasts a hundred years... hehe dead na ata kami nun.
