i had a lunch date with 2 wonderful people today. jan and shine. jan sprained her ankle and had to stay home for 3 days. shine and i visited her during lunch break today. we had salmon pepper rice, which isn't really abstinence material 'cause it's so sarap. well, not as sarap as april's salmon dish but ok na rin.
some 2 years ago, i was in zurich with these lovely girls. those are some of the best days in my life! life was simple: go to work, go home, cook dinner for 3, chika, laugh, shop at bahnhofstrasse if you can go home early enough, go to beautiful places, try new things, drink on thursdays, get crazy at work, go to church with other filipinos, grocery - este - panic grocery, laptop videoke... hmmm it wasn't simple after all but sure was super great! :)
and so was lunch today! lovely!
